Continuing its initiative, under OPERATION PATSHALLA, SSP Doda, Sh.Abdul Qayoom-JKPS visited Govt. Hr. Sec. School Malanoo (Gandoh) on 23rd of Nov, 2022 and held an awareness programme which was attended by nearly (250) students and teaching staff of the school.
A lecture was delivered by SSP Doda to make the students aware on drug abuse, cyber crime, traffic violations with special focus on de-radicalization and other social crime in the society. SSP Doda emphasized upon the students to channelize their energy in positive direction and devote their time in studies and sports by which they can build their future career and thereby a better and healthy society can be built up.
The staff as well as the students of the school were impressed with the programme and appreciated the role of Police for organizing such awareness programmes.
Mentionable here that Doda Police has been organizing number of awareness programmes in Educational institutions under operation PATSHALLA as an effort to make the school children aware about the drug abuse, traffic violations, cyber crime, use of social Media platform, online cheating by fraudsters and other social evils in the society.
