Today on 26th of November-2022, District Police Doda observed Constitution Day which is also known as “SAMVIDHAN DIWAS” at Sub Division , Police station level and other police establishments in the District to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India.
At District Hqrs the preamble reading ceremony was held at DPL Doda in which around 150 police officers/officials of District Police/Traffic Police as well as Armed police participated wherein Preamble of the Indian Constitution was read out to all the participants.
On this occasion, SSP Doda Shri Abdul Qayoom administered the pledge to officers/jawans of District Police Doda/Traffic /Armed. The pledge was taken with firm determination to Constitute the Country into a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular and to secure all its citizens
On this occasion Addl. SP Hqrs Doda Sh. Master Popsy, Addl. SP Ops Doda Sh. Raj Kumar, Dy.SP Hqrs Doda Sh. Jaswant Singh, Dy.SP Traffic Doda Sh. Baljit Singh, and other officers/officials of District Police Doda were also present.
