On the occasion of 75th raising day of NCC a blood donation camp was organised by cadets & staff of 5 J&K BN NCC in Poonch(J&K). The camp was organised under the guidance and supervision of Raja Sukhdev Singh Distt Hospital Poonch. Officers, Staff members and Cadets of NCC Poonch actively contributed to this noble cause of Blood donation. The event was inaugurated by CMO, Dr Shamim Ul Nisa, CO, NCC Battalion and Senior Superintendent District Hospital, Poonch Dr Zulfikar. The Event started with a lecture by Senior Superintendent on importance of Blood Donation and myths associated with Blood Donation. The hospital staff appreciated the noble cause and efforts of our cadets. NCC Cadets took pledge to support the public in hours of need. Similar camps are also being organised by the unit in Rajouri, Nowshera and Sunderbani(J&K).
