Kidnapped lady recovered by Poonch police from Lakhimpur Uttar Pradesh ,accused arrested

Poonch police has arrested a person accused of kidnapping a lady who has been rescued by team of Gursai police station of Sub division Mendhar of district Poonch.

Missing report of lady was lodged in police station Gursai on 21 November and than a case of kidnapping under relevant sections of law was registered.

After registration of case, special teams were constituted at sub division level and after hectic efforts recovered the lady from village Imiliya in Tehsil Gola of District Lakhimpur UP.

After completion of legal formalities missing lady has been handed to legal heirs..

In this connection a case FIR NO 139/2022 under relevant sections of law stand registered against kidnapper namely Ayaz Ahmed son of Abdul Hamid resident of Chajjl, Tehsil Mendhar District Poonch who has also been arrested.
