Team RED Chairman felicitates team functionaries on assuming new responsibilities.

The Jammu and Kashmir Team-RED General Secratary Sarmad Nasir Wani on Wednesday nominated a body of Secretaries for smooth functioning and effective planning.
As approved by the Team Chairman, the newly nominated Secretaries include:Dr. Ashiq Rashid as Addl. General Secretary (AGS), Shakir Shafi as Addl. General Secretary (AGS), Isra Wani as Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS), Zubair Azad Wani as Chief Executive Secretary, (CES) Mohammad Humaan as Organising Secretary (OS), Taahir Shafi Wani as Executive Secretary (ES) & Aaliya Amin Wani as Joint Secretary (JS).
Chairman Team Red Saadat Nasir Wani Sogami felicitated the new appointees saying that the decision will go a long way in effectively catering to the increased responsibilities of the team. “The decision was inevitable as the team’s spawn has increased. Therefore it was incumbent upon us to move away from our current matrix structure to ensure that the team is effectively able to cater to the new responsibilities. I believe that for an NGO to expand its organization, it is necessary to review its strategy and make improvements. A well equiped team I believe can easily plan and result in giving highest impact over time. I hope and pray that the new office bearers will benefit the team’s efforts in reaching out to the needy particularly in the far-flung areas. I pass on my good wishes to the newly nominated secrataries,”he said.
Meantime Team RED General Secratary has also congratulated the newly appointed secrataries, hoping the team will benefit from their wide ranging expertise in welfare and social work.
