One Rape accused arrested by Police Station Bishnah Jammu.

JAMMU

A written complaint got registered at Police Station Bishnah, by the victim girl stating that accused person namely Sahil Charak S/o Sarbjeet Singh R/o Ratnal, Bishnah forcefully committed rape with her and made videos/pics and uploaded on Instagram.

In this regard Case FIR No.14/2023, U/S 376/504/506 IPC 67(A) IT Act got registered at PS Bishnah and investigation got started.

On this special police teams of PS Bishnah were formed under the supervision of SDPO R.S Pura Surinder Singh.The team led by SHO PS Bishnah Inspr Vikram Sharma did hectic efforts and with the help of technical aid the accused namely Sahil Charak S/o Sarabjeet Singh R/o Ratnal, Bishnah was arrested.

Further investigation of the case is going on.
