SSP Kishtwar Sh. Khalil Poswal-JKPS convened an introductory meeting with the senior citizens of district Kishtwar at Conference Hall of District Police Headquarters (DPO)Kishtwar.
Addl SP Kishtwar Sh. Rajinder Singh-JKPS and SHO PS Kishtwar Insp Abid Bukhari, besides others attended the meeting.
During their maiden meeting with the SSP Kishtwar, the prominent citizens of Kishtwar put forth their issues for early redressal. The general issues brought to his notice were related to sanitation, drugs free Kishtwar, Bike stunts, Road Romeos, traffic jamming emphasis towards the problems of senior citizens, unemployment issue besides urged for holding of regular meeting with Civil society and senior citizens.
Every participant in the meeting unanimously urged to maintain peace and brotherhood and Drugs Free Kishtwar.
SSP Kishtwar Mr. Poswal-JKPS patiently heard the suggestion of senior citizens and assured that the suggestions will be implemented on ground and also appealed to join hands with District Police Kishtwar in development path and to make Kishtwar Drugs free besides asked them to give their suggestions and feedback what activities should be organised during Nasha Mukth Bharat Abhiyan rolled out for the district.
