One Arrested, Sharp Edged weapon Recovered by PS Miran Sahib

Police Party of P/s Miran Sahib led by Sho Miran Sahib insp zaheer Mushtaq under the supervision of SDPO Rs Pura Sh Surinder singh established a special naka at Kotli Mian Fateh Miran Sahib for checking . During checking one pedestrian coming from Kotli Mian Fateh towards Miran Sahib stopped for checking / frisking on suspicious grounds.To evade checking / frisking the said person tried to fled from the Naka, but the alert police team apprehended him. During questioning he disclosed his name as Rakesh Kumar S/O Yashpaul R/O Langotian Miran Sahib Tehsil R.S.Pura District Jammu. During his search one sharp edged weapon i.e one toka was recovered from his possession.
In this regard a case FIR No. 30/2023 U/S 4/25 Arms Act stands registered .further investigation started.
