POONCH
On 15-01-2023, a written application was lodged by one Bagh Hussain S/O Lal Din R/O Saloonia Tehsil Mandi A/P Poonch mentioning therein that his son namely Mohd. Javed Ahmed, age 23 yrs years had been missing from his home since 14-01-2022. The complainant searched him everywhere at his own, but no clue about his whereabouts has been found. On this a missing report has been lodged at PS Poonch vide DDNo. 23 Dated 15-01-2023 and enquiry of the missing was entrusted to SI Ishtiyaq Ahmed of PS Poonch. Soon after the missing report, on the direction of SSP Poonch, Sh Rohit Baskotra (JKPS) and under the supervision of Additional SP Poonch Sh. Mushim Ahmed and DySP Hqrs Poonch Sh. Afrat Hussain, a special Police team was constituted headed by Inspr. Ranjeet Singh Rao SHO P/S Poonch to trace the missing boy. The Police team after hectic & tireless efforts,with the help of technical assistance and human intelligence conducted search in Jammu and out of Jammu and Kashmir UT and finally, after hectic efforts the said missing boy namely Modh. Javed S/O Bagh Hussain R/O Saloonia Tehsil Mandi Poonch has been traced. After completing all the legal formalities the said boy has been handed over to his legal heirs. The family members paid their gratitude to the police team Poonch for reuniting their boy with his family.
