
All ‘khair’ wood theft cases of Samba district solved : SSP Samba Benam Tosh

Under the professional guidance of SSP Samba Benam Tosh, Police achieved yet another success by arresting all the three (03) thieves involved in the theft case of ‘khair’ wood registered at police station Samba through police post Gouran u/s 379 IPC read with sec.26 of Indian Forest Act.
Police have recovered/seized 45 logs of ‘khair’ wood and vehicle Tata 407 Goods carrier bearing registration No.JK02W-6225 has also been seized. Raids to arrest the accused were conducted by SHO police station Samba Rajeshwar Singh and Chouki Officer police post Gouran Sajid Jaral under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqrs Samba Mohd Usman and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
The arrested accused in theft case have been identified as Anil Kumar s/o Ramesh Chander r/o Nanetar Samba, Balraj Singh s/o Krishan Singh r/o Markoli Samba and Kamal Singh s/o Chani Singh r/o Sumb Samba.
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that all the ‘khair’ wood theft cases of Samba district have been solved by police and all the accused have been arrested.
