Poonch, Sir Syed Education Mission (Soch India) in collaboration with J&K Police Poonch Organizes a cricket tournament at village Kehnu.
Continuing with the mission of SSEM (SOCH INDIA) to provide platform to talented youth of the State for displaying of their talents and channelizing their energy in a positive manner, SIR SYED EDUCATION MISSION Soch India organized a Cricket Tournament at a far flung village Kehnu here under its *Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan Programme.
32 teams from different parts of the district Poonch participated in the tournament.
The tournament was concluded today in the Presence of Maj.Bhanu Partap Singh ( Ace of Spades Gunners, Poonch) Ayaz Bhat (KAS) BDO Lassana, SHO Mandi Mukhtiar Ali,
Dr Sarfraz Mir Chairman SSEM Soch India and Khilad Khan Sarpanch Kehnu Kulani, Pervaz Malik Afardi, also present on occasion.
While speaking on the occasion, Maj.Bhanu Partap Singh underscored the objectives of organizing such programmes. He said that endeavour of this organization is to provide platform to the talented youth of this frontier district who have great potential in different sports activities.
Ayaz bhat BDO & SHO Mandi Mukhtar Ali appreciate the work done by SSEM. He also exhorted upon the players to exhibit the spirit of true sportsmanship.
Pervaz Aftab khan & Khalid Khan Sarpanch of locality also appreciated Organization’s efforts in Utilizing youth power in a positive Prospective.
Dr. Sarfraz Mir Chairman SSEMJK Soch India welcomes the spectators and dignitaries.He said it is our responsibility to provide the youth a platform from where they show their talent.
