The Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture & Languages (JKAACL) Under the supervision of Sh. Bharat Singh (JKAS) Secretary (JKAACL) and with the active support of warden G&B hostel kalakote has Successfully Organised a folk Music program at G&k hostel lawn kalakote at 10.30 PM. The program was inaugurated by Honable DDC Member Kalakote Sh.Babu Khan Whereas warden G&B hostel Ch.Kabir Hussain was present as Guest of Honour in the event.
The program was started with the welcome adress from JKAACL Rajouri representative Followed by Folk singing of local folk singers.
Chief guest Sh Khan appreciated the first ever mega event of its kind in the far flung areas. He also mentioned and appreciated JKAACL Rajouri for conducting such types of quality programs in peer Punjal Region especially at the venue. This was really a great concept of organising the event for young generation.
The event was fully enjoyed by the students, hostel employees,locals and prominent of the Area for long three hours. At the end Warden G B hostel kalakote made vote of thanks to everyone. He also made special thanks to DDC Member who spare his valuable time for such wonderful event. The proceeding was conducted by Sh. Joginder Paul who was also a leading folk singer in the event
