Community Mobilization Programme has been organised in Zone AKHNOOR at the venue/Cluster GMS Kotli Tanda.
The Community Mobilization Programme has been organised under the supervision of worthy Zonal Education Officer Akhnoor Ms. Suman Bala with the due presence of PRIs/SMC/VEC Members and Parents of the students reading in various schools of Cluster GMS Kotli Tanda.
The aim of the programme was to aware community regarding various beneficial schemes provided by the Education Department free of cost in order to enroll more and more out of school children in nearby schools.
The main focus of this programme was to campaign for literacy enhancement in the society.
Ms. Anita Kaul, Cluster Head/Principal HSS (B) Akhnoor was the Chief Guest and Sh. Naseeb Singh, Headmaster, High School Kotli Tanda was the Guest of Honour in the programme.
The other dignitaries present in the programme were Sh. Ashok Kumar, Master/ZICC Akhnoor, Sh. Pawan Kumar, Tr./DNO CWSN, Sh. Hardeep Singh, Tr./G&CC, Ms. Sonia Jamwal, I/c NEP, Committee members constituted at Zonal level for organizing the Programme and various HOIs of cluster GMS Kotli Tanda also attended the said programme along with their staff.
Awareness speeches were also delivered on topic NEP 2020, Digital India, Various Scholarship Schemes etc.
Zonal Education Officer Akhnoor Ms. Suman Bala paid vote of thanks to all for active participation to make the programme successful.
Tea and Lunch was arranged for all the participants who were present in the programme.
