What is mind. Does it have the power to bind the soul? If so, where did it get so much power from? The mind is the son of the word of the Supreme Person. But being a bad son, Param Purush banished Mann from his country, the immortal world. By meditating on the Supreme Lord for 206 ages, there is great strength in it. But now it cannot meditate on the Supreme Person. Param Purush gave him this punishment. That’s why the mind cannot even meditate on the Sadguru. Because they have the same thing. If it could meditate on the Supreme Being, then it would have put the soul in a bad condition.
Really the mind is paralyzed. The mind cannot harm the soul. Maya cannot catch hold of the soul. It is holding itself. Now the mind has a tremendous game in this. He is just confusing the soul by sitting inside. The mind is confusing it that it is the body. The soul is doing all the work considering itself as the body. There is no power in the mind. If the soul does not obey the mind, then the mind cannot do anything. By taking the power of the soul, the mind is binding the soul. Otherwise, it does not have the strength to catch the soul. If the mind had not confused the soul with the bodies, then all the souls would have gone to the Supreme Lord in the true world. The soul has a wonderful body, which moves billions of miles in a second. Then there would be no one here.
Souls are needed. The mind is restless. There is peace and joy in the soul. That’s why he is sitting there. Nothing can happen without the will of the soul. The mind is crippled. Look at how many lovely things humans have created in the world. Made the world beautiful. Niranjan did not throw all this from above. God didn’t make an airplane and throw it from above. Man did all this. He created the world, but man decorated that world. He got all this done by the soul. He is getting the soul to do its work. That’s why he is confusing everyone so that no soul can leave his country.
Every human being has 6 bodies and 4 states. These states are of the mind. The mind makes the soul go round in these states. Waking, dream, deep sleep, turiya. These states are illusionary. These states are of the mind. When you go into deep sleep, it is the sushupti state. The soul is blunt in him. Then there is the dream state. In that also the soul enters a body. The power of the soul is blunt there. Then it is the waking state, in which the mind and the soul are in equal consciousness. Sometimes you see that you do not listen to your mind.
In this way man keeps roaming in 6 bodies. The gross body is 3.5 hands. There is a waking state in this body. Man is in the waking state. Trees etc. are in dormant state. The animals are in the dream state. Devadi is in Turiya state. This is all a game of Niranjan and Maya. Man’s whole life is engaged in the works of the world. But he is unable to see himself. The dreamer sees everything in the dream, but cannot see himself. In this way even deities cannot see their soul. Consciousness is 16 times less in the dream than in the waking state. If someone thinks in his dream state that this is a dream then it will not happen. He will find it true at that time. It is an unconscious state of mind. This is the state of great ignorance. We have a deep connection with the body we get from the dream state. In deep sleep, the soul resides in the navel. While awake, the soul resides in the eyes. Occurs in the throat during sleep. There the soul enters a cell a thousand times smaller than Rome.
When Mahakaran enters the body, it sees some play. But that too is ignorance. One attains happiness only by attaining the body. But these are not all the states of the soul. She loves whatever body she reaches. She always understands him. The game of these states is that whatever state the soul reaches, it considers it as eternal. This is the game of Niranjan and Maya. These are states of mind. The mind lives in unconscious states and moves the soul in them. Does not allow the soul to come in its form.
The soul is neither inside nor outside the body. If she was inside the body then how would she see outside and if she was outside then how would the body move. It is intermediate.
Your nature is also illusory. Some’s nature is satoguni, some’s rajoguni and some’s tamoguni. These are the instincts of the body. The soul is entangled in the five elements and twenty-five natures. Happiness can never be attained until the soul attains its own form.
Sometimes in dreams you do very strange things which you cannot do in waking state. Why did it happen? The situation confused you. There is the context of Yogavashishtha. A Brahmin asked Vishnu ji to show his illusion. Vishnu ji said that come by diving in the water. When he came after diving for a moment, he saw many places, saw many places. He said that it was a dream. Vishnu ji said that where you become king, go and see. In fact, when he went there, he became a king. He asked how it happened. Vishnu ji said that this is Maya. The mind cheated everyone by getting entangled in Maya. This is an illusory body. The mind keeps the soul entangled in these states. The Jiva by its own strength cannot get out of these unconscious states of mind and attain its pure conscious form.
If a person falls into a well, no matter how many efforts are made, it is not enough. But a man from above threw a rope. Pulling out the rope. But the rope cannot be pulled out. There is also the desire of the man below. He should hold or sit. Then the third man pulls him up and takes him out. It is here that Sahib said one thing that when Guru, disciple and God worship together, then the soul crosses the worldly ocean. That is your role. Only then can the soul attain its pure form beyond the states of the mind and go to the immortal world.
