SAMBA POLICE ORGANISES GRAND TIRANGA RALLY IN BARI BRAHMANA*

*Become Ideal Citizens & Productive National Assets To Throw Away Menace Of Terrorism, Narco-Terrorism, Crimes And Corruption : SSP Benam Tosh* Samba, August 12 : Police today organised grand ‘tiranga’ rally as part of “Meri Maati, Mera Desh, Mitti Ko Naman, Veeron Ko Vandan” programme under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav from SIDCO Chowk Bari Brahmana which culminated at Balole Bridge Bari Brahmana with pledge taking ceremony where SSP Samba Benam Tosh administered the pledge of ‘Panch Pran’ to the thousands of prominent citizens, women, teachers, students, social activists and Police personnel. Grand ‘Tiranga’ rally started from SIDCO Chowk Bari Brahmana, passed through the market and culminated at Balole Bridge Bari Brahmana. Thousands of people from all walks of life hailing from Bari Brahmana town as well as different areas of Samba District including students of schools, social activists, prominent citizens, women social workers, Officers and Officials of Police thronged the rally with great national fervour & gaiety and graced the grand national event. Patriotic songs, National Flag and sloganeering of ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ marked the occasion. Grand Tirange rally concluded with a impressive pledge taking ceremony in which Senior Superintendent of Police Samba, Benam Tosh administered ‘Panch Pran’ pledge to the participants in the rally in Hindi. Speaking on the occasion, SSP Samba Benam Tosh exhorted the students to become ideal citizens & productive national assets to throw away menace of terrorism, narco-terrorism, crimes and corruption. He further said that the main objective of organizing the grand tiranga rally and administering the oath as part of Meri Maati, Mera Desh under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was to inspire one and all especially youth & students to become best performers as citizens of the country, strengthen unity, respect those who protect the country, celebrate our heritage, remove any trace of colonial mindset and make India developed and self-reliant. SSP Samba further informed that Samba Police is going to organize series of programmes between 9th and 30th of August 2023 at different places in samba district including mega patriotic cultural programmes & sports activities in border areas of Ramgarh and Samba sectors, rallies involving public and students under the jurisdictions of all Police Stations and Police Posts & other patriotic events at public places in which best performer shall be felicitated and martyrs will be remembered and ‘Panch Pran’ pledges would be administered.
