UDHAMPUR, OCTOBER 19: The District Development Council Chairperson Udhampur, Lal Chand and Deputy Commissioner, Saloni Rai, conducted an extensive visit to the Barolla area, accompanied by DDC member Ashu Sharma.

During the visit, they inaugurated the Government Higher Secondary School building in Barolla and MS Dhanni, as well as a lane drain at Barolla in the Udhampur District.

Addressing the media, the DDC Chairperson and DC emphasized the crucial role of education in the development and prosperity of any nation. They interacted with students and teachers, underscoring the importance of increasing enrollment in government schools and delivering quality education. They assured full support and cooperation to ensure that students have access to the best possible education, a conducive environment and ample opportunities for success in life.

Furthermore, they urged SMAGRA and other executing agencies to expedite construction work in the area to enhance educational infrastructure.
