Srinagar, Nov 26 : Senior Additional Advocate General (AAG) of the J&K High Court, Mohsin Qadri on Sunday observed constitution day and took pledge.

All law officers and lawyers practicing in the High Court premises in Srinagar were directed to take a solemn pledge under the constitution’s preamble.

Mohsin Qadri, serving as the Senior AAG, personally organized the event, sending a resounding message to both the nation and the international community.

Constitution Day, also known as National Law Day, is celebrated in India on November 26th each year.

This day commemorates the adoption of the Constitution of India in 1949, which came into effect on January 26, 1950.

The significance of November 26th lies in the fact that it was on this day in 1949 that the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution, completing a lengthy process of drafting and deliberation.
