On 24th of Feb 2024 around 8:30 Hours two scooties collided with each other Near old bridge (Road Towards Ambaran) in which one Antu Rani W/O Gourav Mehra R/O Wno 09 Sungal Morh Akhnoor age 38 years (Teacher of APS Akhnoor) driving scooty number JK02CM 7344 died on spot she was traveling from Akhnoor to her school whereas two others Rajat Kumar S/O Bishan Lal Age 22 Years R/O Patyari Akhnoor and Avinash Kumar Bassan S/O Chuni Lal Age 19 Years R/O Ambaran Akhnoor driving scooty number JK02AX 0598 are injured and reffered to GMC Jammu for further treatment they both were travelling from their residence amabaran to Akhnoor in order to celebrate Ravidass Jayanti.
On this information a case no. FIR no. 37/2024 U/S 279/337/304- A IPC registered in police station Akhnoor in this regard.
