Doda Police organized Vollyball championship in collaboration with Sofi Vollyball club Dadhkaie and also distributed school bags/stationery items among the school children of BPL families of village Dadhkaie of Gandoh area.
SSP Doda, Shri Abdul Qayoom-JKPS held inauguration of championship in which first match was played between Gujjar Hostel Doda and Young Star Jammu. In this championship total (24)teams are participating which includes teams from Punjab, Kashmir Valley, Jammu, Kathua and local teams of district Doda. SSP Doda while interacting with players congratulated and complimented them for their overwhelming participation and urged upon the youth to take part in games, focus on their studies and prevent themselves from bad habits.
Under Civic Action programme, SSP Doda distributed stationery items and school bags to school children of BPL families of Dadhkaie village
Pertinent to mention here that Dadhkaie area has been the focal point of Police department to provide assistance to the needy people and school children of BPL families. The area of Dadhkaie commonly witnesses the birth of specially abled children
On this occasion, Shri Mohd Hanief choudhary, Chairman BDC Gandoh, Shri Ashraf Parvez, SDM Gandoh, Sh.Adil Hussain, SDPO Gandoh, Insp Vikram Singh, SHO PS Gandoh, prominent/elderly persons and large number of other participants including employees of Civil/Police were also present.
